   Surely, surely i'm not the first to leave a comment here?
   The podcast i have just listened to has just filled me with renewed determination (actually i'm struggling for words! AWESOME, AWESOME
   I implore everyone to listen to the above. Dear barefoot doc if you read this you have helped me again(after meeting you the first time) to move forward towards Love and Life.
